For several years, locals have been campaigning to bring rail services back to Wellington. With funding now approved as part of the Devon and Somerset Metro vision Wellington Station is planned to reopen, with a target date of 2028.
In the meantime, the nearest stations are at Tiverton Parkway to the south and Taunton to the north. You can reach the stations by car in around 12 and 22 minutes, respectively, and ample parking enables you to continue your journey by rail.
